Role Overview

• Position: Residence Assistant (Residences)
• Hours: Part-time
• Duration: End of November 2025 to end June 2025 with possibility to extend
• Salary: £17.46 per hour including holiday pay
• Location: Bankside House, Carr-Saunders, Rosebery Hall, Passfield Hall and High Holborn
• Application deadline: 10 November 2025, at 23:59pm
• Requirement: Candidates must be available to work in person in London on weekends and over the entirety of the winter break period - this includes 25, 26 of December and 1 January.
• Interview dates: Monday 17 November and Tuesday 18 November

About the role

As a part of our Reception Team, you will be looking after the services offered in term time to our students and commercial guests during the vacation periods.

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are confident communicating with a diverse range of customers. Candidates should have previous experience of working in a busy customer facing environment, excellent communication skills and be a competent IT user. 

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any applications after the above deadline. Successful candidates will be invited to a MS Teams interview on either the 17 or 18 November. Successful candidates will be expected to start the week of 24 November 2025.
