Join us for a day trip to the historic city of Bath, famous for its Roman Baths and stunning Georgian architecture!
Explore the city on a guided tour and discover its beautiful streets and sites. The trip is a perfect mix of history, culture, and leisure, giving you the chance to experience one of England's most picturesque cities.

Your ticket includes transportation to and from Bath and the guided walking tour.

Please do not be late as the coach will leave without you.

- It is mandatory to bring your LSE ID, as it will be checked against your ticket
- Tickets are non-transferable and only for use by the named person on the ticket
- Refund requests made on the day of the event will NOT be given
Itinerary
- Meet us at the Peacock Theatre at 6:45am for check-in. We are unable to wait if you're running later than 7:15am.
- We will arrive at Bath at approximately 10am.You have 3 hours to explore the city by yourself.
- Meet us at the Abbey Hotel at 1pm for our Guided Walking Tour included with your ticket. The tour will be approximately 90 minutes and includes the best of city's iconic sites and history.
- You have 2 hours to eat, drink, shop and explore Bath.
The ResLife Officer will be available for an hour to facilitate a Connect and Support Session for anyone who would like to share feedback regarding the event (or any past event or ideas/requests for future events), have a chat and some company over coffee, or maybe even meet a ResLife events buddy to plan future trips together.
[Ask your attending ResLife Officer for more information (timings, location) and what to expect on the day of the trip]. - Meet us at the Abbey Hotel (N Parade, Bath BA1 1LF) at 5pm to depart Bath.
- Arriving back at the Peacock Theatre at approximately 8pm. There will be only one drop-off at the Peacock Theatre on our return to London.
Good to know
Make sure you wear comfortable footwear as there is lots to see, do and explore. It is also recommended you bring a coat and/or umbrella as the British weather is very unpredictable.
Please make sure you plan your commute to and from the Peacock Theatre (meeting location) so that you are on time for our departure via coach (included in your ticket).

LSE ResLife events are ONLY for 2026/27 Halls Residents.
- Tickets are non-transferable and only for use by the named person on the ticket.
- LSE ID matching your ticket will need to be shown at the start of the event.
- Ticket sales end 48 hours prior to the start of the event
The London School of Economics reserves the right to modify or cancel any event due to unforeseen circumstances.
Please note the following refund conditions:
- If you cannot attend an event, full refunds will be given to requests submitted within 48 hours of making the booking.
- Refund requests after this will be subject to a fee (per Eventbrite's policy).
- No refunds will be given to requests made within 24 hours of the event start time.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 working days and may be subject to a booking/cancellation fee.
If you don't want to be featured, please inform a member of the Residential Life team present at the event.
We have photographers and filmmakers at some of our events to capture footage to share online and for use in future promotional materials.
