Meeting Location: Kew Gardens Main Entrance, Richmond Road, London, TW9 3AB.
You'll be greeted by your ResLife Officer, holding the multi-coloured umbrella.
Please note: You must read our terms and condition below before booking onto any of our events.
- It is mandatory to bring your LSE ID, as it will be checked against your ticket
- Tickets are non-transferable and only for use by the named person on the ticket
- Refund requests made on the day of the event will NOT be given
Itinerary
- Travel tickets to Kew Gardens aren't included, so make sure to arrange your own transport. (Estimated traveling time from Waterloo Station-Kew Gardens 40-50min approx)
- Meet us at the main entrance of Kew Gardens at 12:15pm. We are unable to wait if you're running later than 12:30pm.
- You have up to 4 hours free time to explore Kew Gardens
- We'll be gathered at the Great Pagoda (optional), located within Kew Gardens at 3pm allowing 45 mins to climb it
The London School of Economics reserves the right to modify or cancel any event due to unforeseen circumstances.
If you cannot attend an event, please let us know within 48 hours of MAKING your booking, and we will offer a full refund.
Please note the following refund conditions:
- Bookings made 24 hours before the event will be non-refundable.
- Refund requests made less than 24 hours before the event or on the day of the event will NOT be accepted.
- Refund requests made outside of the 48 hour period will be considered on a case-by-case, and supporting evidence may also be requested.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 working days and are subject to a booking/cancellation fee.
Tickets are non-transferable and only for use by the named person on the ticket. LSE ID matching your ticket will need to be shown when boarding.
LSE ResLife events are ONLY for 2025/26 hall residents.
We have photographers and filmmakers at some of our events to capture footage to share online and for use in future promotional materials. If you don't want to be featured, please inform a member of the Residential Life team.
