It's important to familiarise yourself with the mail and package process to avoid any inconveniences, such as parcels not getting delivered to the correct address. As you are settling in, our reception teams are busy receiving all the mail and parcels ordered to the hall.
Keep an eye on the delivery confirmation emails so you can collect your parcel from your reception team as soon as you return to the hall.
