As summer is just around the corner, we’ve got some good news! Applications for Summer Vacation accommodation at LSE are now open. If you’re planning to stick around London over the break, the accommodation team can help you find a place to stay.

☀️ Who Can Apply?

You’re eligible to apply if you’re a full-time LSE student for the 2024/25 academic year.

• You should not be in 50-week contract accommodation already.
• Summer accommodation is mostly for individual students (unfortunately, they have very limited availability for couples).

🏡 Available Accommodation

• Sidney Webb HouseAvailable to both undergrads and postgrads, with priority given to postgrads on 12-month courses. If you’re already living in Sidney Webb House, keep in mind you’ll likely need to move rooms on 21 June.
• Lilian Knowles HouseThis one’s for postgraduates only.

‼️ How to Apply

1. Fill out the application form with your details and preferred accommodation choices.
2. Wait for us to get back to you with an offer.
3. If you’re offered a room at Lilian Knowles House, you’ll book and pay a deposit via Sanctuary Students.
4. If you’re offered a room at Sidney Webb House, you’ll need to pay a deposit and confirm your booking.

💰 Pricing

• Sidney Webb House: Ensuite single rooms start from £275.10 per week.
• Lilian Knowles House: Ensuite single rooms are £209.12 per week (depending on availability).

📅 Important Dates

• Summer accommodation is available for a fixed-term contract from 21 June 2025 to 6 September 2025.
• There’s no official deadline to apply, but spaces are first-come, first-served, so the sooner you apply, the better!
• Don’t wait too long—rooms are limited!
