We have a small number of vacancies in LSE halls of residence for undergraduate and graduate students, with 31, 39, 40 or 50 week contracts. Vacancies start at £163.50 per week for a space in a shared room.

All utilities and WiFi are included within the rent.

Why apply to live in halls?

LSE residences offer a supportive environment and are a great opportunity to meet other students. In all residences there are student committees who maintain an active social calendar throughout the year with regular events, pizza parties, study brunches, film nights, yoga, guided meditation and wellbeing events, boat parties and seasonal celebrations.

You can't book or swap into, one of these vacant rooms if you already have a place in LSE halls or at one of our partner residences.

When to book

You can make a booking between 4 - 28 days in advance of your check in date, and a £250 deposit is required at the time of booking. There is more information about mid-year bookings here.
