Join us for a guided walking tour of London’s ultimate playground for street art and creativity, and learn about the Shoreditch and Spitalfields local area.
Whether you have just moved in to Lilian Knowles House, or you want to explore a new London neighbourhood, this tour will cover the history of the area through an artistic lens - an East London Street Art and Graffiti Tour where the walls are the canvas!

You'll be greeted by your ResLife Officer, holding a black LSE tote bag.

- Refund requests made on the day of the event will NOT be given
What to expect
Shoreditch is the city’s ultimate playground for street art, creativity, rebellion, and colour. On this walking tour of Shoreditch, you'll go down hidden alleyways, graffiti covered streets, and vibrant corners where urban art lives and breathes, constantly changing, bold, and impossible to ignore.
You’ll experience art on the walls, shutters, and streets, where politics, pop culture, and pure imagination collide. Every turn brings something new, whether it’s a massive mural, a cheeky stencil, or a sticker that makes you stop and laugh.
Note: Please arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled meeting time and check in with the tour guide and attending ResLife Officer. The tour will commence at the time advertised. We are not able to wait for latecomers.

FAQ's
LSE ResLife events are ONLY for 2026/27 Halls Residents.
- Tickets are non-transferable and only for use by the named person on the ticket.
- LSE ID matching your ticket will need to be shown at the start of the event.
- Ticket sales end 48 hours prior to the start of the event
The London School of Economics reserves the right to modify or cancel any event due to unforeseen circumstances.
Please note the following refund conditions:
- If you cannot attend an event, full refunds will be given to requests submitted within 48 hours of making the booking.
- Refund requests after this will be subject to a fee (per Eventbrite's policy).
- No refunds will be given to requests made within 24 hours of the event start time.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 working days and may be subject to a booking/cancellation fee.
If you don't want to be featured, please inform a member of the Residential Life team present at the event.
We have photographers and filmmakers at some of our events to capture footage to share online and for use in future promotional materials.
