Why should you join us?

The Lion King Musical is based on the 1994 Walt Disney Animation Studios' animated feature film of the same name with music by Elton John.

The story of The Lion King takes place in the Pride Lands, where a lion rules over the other animals as king.

Rafiki, a mandrill shaman, anoints Simba, the new-born cub of King Mufasa and Queen Sarabi, and presents him to a gathering of animals at Pride Rock ("The Circle of Life"). Meanwhile, Mufasa's younger brother, Scar, realizes that he is no longer the heir to the throne and plots to kill Simba. Sometime later Rafiki paints an image of the cub and asks the spirits to conjure the new prince's name: Simba....

And then the story begins...
