Join us for arts & crafts sessions
Monthly Mindful Arts & Crafts Workshops
These guided sessions combine artistic expression with mindfulness practices to help you slow down, relax, and enjoy the present moment.
No experience or special skills are needed. Just wear something comfy and allow yourself the time to reset and recharge. The theme will change each month so be sure to book your place!
