Where (meeting location): Peacock Theatre, Portugal St, London WC2A 2HT
Please do not be late as the coach will leave without you.

Itinerary

Meet us at the Peacock Theatre at 6:45am for check-in. We are unable to wait if you are running later than 7:15am.
We will arrive at Oxford at approximately 10am. You have 3 hours to explore the city by yourself.
Meet us at the blue gates of Trinity College (Broad St, Oxford OX1 3BH) at 1pm for our Walking Tour included with your ticket. The tour will be approximately 90 minutes. It will take you through the best of town's iconic sites and history, including the filming locations for the Harry Potter movies.
You have 2 hours to eat, drink, shop and explore Oxford.
The ResLife Officer will be available for an hour to facilitate a Connect and Support Session for anyone who would like to share feedback regarding the event (or any past event or ideas/requests for future events), have a chat and some company over coffee, or maybe even meet a ResLife events buddy to plan future trips together. [Ask your attending ResLife Officer for more information (timings, location) and what to expect on the day of the trip].
Meet us at 5pm at the same location as the coach dropped us to depart from Oxford.
Arriving back at the Peacock Theatre at approximately 8pm. There will be only one drop-off at the Peacock Theatre on our return to London.

Good to know

Make sure you wear comfortable footwear as there is lots to see, do and explore. It is also recommended you bring a coat and/or umbrella as the British weather is very unpredictable.

The tour lasts approximately 2 hours and is a guided walking tour covering the history of the university, the colleges, and the city. Including achievements, famous persons, architecture, filming locations and stories.

Please make sure you plan your commute to and from the Peacock Theatre (meeting location) so that you are on time for our departure via coach (included in your ticket).

Tickets are non-transferable and only for use by the named person on the ticket.
LSE ID matching your ticket will need to be shown at the start of the event.
Ticket sales end 48 hours prior to the start of the event

The London School of Economics reserves the right to modify or cancel any event due to unforeseen circumstances.

Please note the following refund conditions:

If you cannot attend an event, full refunds will be given to requests submitted within 48 hours of making the booking.
Refund requests after this will be subject to a fee (per Eventbrite's policy).
No refunds will be given to requests made within 24 hours of the event start time.
Refunds will be processed within 7 working days and may be subject to a booking/cancellation fee.
