It is one of those rare shows where each part clicks perfectly into every other.
Hamilton is the story of America's Founding Father Alexander Hamilton, an immigrant from the West Indies who became George Washington's right-hand man during the Revolutionary War and helped shape the very foundations of the America we know today. The score blends hip-hop, jazz, blues, rap, R&B and Broadway - the story of America then, as told by America now.
Hamilton has book, music and lyrics by Lin-Manuel Miranda, directed by Thomas Kail, with choreography by Andy Blankenbuehler and musical supervision and orchestrations by Alex Lacamoire and is based on Ron Chernow's biography of Alexander Hamilton.

The London School of Economics reserves the right to modify or cancel any event due to unforeseen circumstances. If you cannot attend an event, please let us know within 48 hours of MAKING your booking, and we will offer a full refund. Bookings made 24 hours before the event will be non-refundable. Refund requests after this period will be considered on a case-by-case, and evidence may also be requested. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days and are subject to a booking/cancellation fee.
