Lace up and join London's Weekly Running Club — a fun, low-pressure way to stay active, meet new people, and get those endorphins flowing!
The event is run by the organisation Parkrun. They have weekly runs in various different locations throughout London every Saturday at 9am.

Signing up is FREE and joining is FREE
You are expected to register with them in advance and you MUST BRING your scannable barcode to each session. You are free to register to whichever parkrun you want to attend.
Residential Life will be at the first parkrun on the 30 September to offer guidance to those who wish to attend but we will not be there from the second week onwards.
