How to submit your request to swap rooms
If you feel your current room isn’t quite right and you’ve found another student to swap with, you can submit a Room Swap Request. Please note:
- Swaps (between LSE halls) are only permitted two weeks after your contract start date.
- All requests will be reviewed by your Hall’s Operations Manager and Warden.
- We’ll email you once a decision has been made.
- Room swaps between LSE halls and 3rd party halls (UoL intercollegiate residences, Lilian Knowles House and urbanest Westminster Bridge) are not permitted.
- Room swap requests (1 per student in the swap) need to be submitted to your LSE Accommodation Account
